A new Message Queue has been developed deployed for an governmental organization at France. The company has heterogeneous systems and information exchange is always through Message-Queues. The product is fully compatible with other message-queue. Threading have been used instead of fork process for network process to provide optimum performance. Static Library is created for Client and Dynamic library is created for Server, so that the server application makes use of library during run-time.
